Andrea Monzón, Director of Programs

Andrea joined MealFlour in 2019 as the Program Coordinator. In 2020 she took over as Director of Programs and she now oversees all of MealFlour's trainings, research, and outreach in Guatemala. You can reach her at andrea@mealflour.org.

Co-Directors

Elizabeth Frank (elizabeth@mealflour.org) graduated from the University of Chicago in 2016 with a B.A in the History of Science and Medicine. In 2015, as a Global Health Fellow, she worked in Ibadan, Nigeria as a clinical researcher for an international NGO on household air pollution. In Chicago, Elizabeth worked to develop several local start-ups that range from supporting green and sustainable business to improving access to social services.

Gabrielle Wimer (gabrielle@mealflour.org) graduated from the University of Chicago in 2016 with a B.A in the History of Science and Medicine and minor in Human Rights. From 2014-2016, Gabrielle successfully started and led the Chicago Health Solutions Challenge, which brings together diverse teams of students to solve contemporary health issues in Chicago. In 2015, she worked in Kigali, Rwanda for three months to improve sexual and reproductive health education.
